A/C Doesn't work

as the tilte says, my isuzu pickup (TFS55) air-conditioner is not working. where to start to find where is the fault? the fan inside the board is working but not hot or cold air is coming out. I noticed that the a/c clutch is not engaging. How to check each of them to find where exactly is the fault?

I have found the problem but i am not sure. I fill the air condition system with R134A gas and i noticed that air was coming off from the front side of the compressor where is the clutch. I stop the gas machine because i thought that there was a leak from the compressor. I try to remove the compressor to find out where the leak starts (probably a faulty gasket or a seal) and when i remove the one of the two large tubes, i noticed that the system was full of gas. Does anyone know what is happening?
