Weird dash warning lights 2007 NPR

One of our drivers is on the road & called about the attached dash lights coming on with a persistent audible warning. I can not find anywhere what these warnings indicate. The truck runs & drives fine. Any insight is appreciated. Note the picture is sideways.

The one on the left kinda looks like this:
= means your coolant is low.

It does look like that. The temp never crept up on the whole trip.

Probably wouldnt creep up if coolant was low as the temperature sensor would most likely be dry
