lighting issue

Postby andy120 » Wed Jun 28, 2017 2:52 pm

I have a puzzling issue. I changed a tail light group to a new one, I then had indicators and brake lights all coming on together. Took the new group out and put the old one back. Now when I put the side lights &/or the brake lights on, the acc voltage drops. At a loss to explain why. Any ideas?

The voltage will drop a little when you turn any light on but not by much. The replacement light cluster was faulty
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
