UBS69 Manual trans speed sensor

Postby WhiteTrash » Sun Dec 03, 2017 10:27 am

Hey team, got a really weird scenario which is confusing me.

My speedo stopped working for whatever reason in the two days I left my truck parked at the airport. So I read a lot about speedo sensors of here giving up the ghost and figure I'll test it with the drill, speedo no work with drill drive. Ok, I'll get a replacement and see how that goes. Here's my problem.

Every single image for a VSS for a UBS69 Bighorn that I can find is wildly different to the bit I just pulled out. Anyone able to offer advice?

I've attached an image of what I have, I figure I'm on the right track as it was almost impossible to spin by hand before I attached the drill.

Cheers in advance
