hi my power steering pump is leaking are these easy to service or should try to get a good one from a wrecker

They are not too bad to do but its better to send it to an auto trans shop if you have one there. It uses the same kit as the subaru legacy. Wreckers ones are fine if you can get one localy
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
