Is this a clutch or drum brake slave? I haven't done one on my isuzu but I have changed them on previous vehicles and they are relatively easy. The big things is try to remove any spilt fluid asap as it will damage paint etc, and bleed them afterwards. With drum brakes I found the big spring was the trickiest and hardest part ... lost lots of skin, damn knuckles.

Only catch is if you master cylinder is on its last legs. Then the master will let air in as you try to bleed it. If you end in an endless loop while trying to bleed replace the master as well. Should be a 30 minute job including beer
