Ive got not quite 1.5 gig of isuzu related files Suppose that makes me a hoarder. The worrying part is that I know what most of them are. You still give permission for it to be used here I trust?

Hoarder?? totally.
Sure do, I'd love to be able to help you guys out setting up the new fourm but as the photo hosting sites are blocked at work and I have to "book" a time on the computer at home, I don't think i'd be of much use (excuse's, excuse's, yeah I know!!). Pleased I can contribute in some way.

Autozone.com is an american site that is quite handy if you can work out your model. You have to register but it is free. Is about as good as the haynes manuals

Theres some good stuff on there. I got all the manuals for my toyota carib off there but with the isuzu it realy only covers there models ie petrol engines only and you have to reverse everything in the suspension area

i used the guide here in the FAQ's to change the input shaft seal, a surprisingly easy job and i'm very grateful for the guidance, gotta love this site :)

point to note: the input shaft didn't slide off easily, it required a few whacks, everything else went smoothly tho.

btw, the seal cost $4 so you're mad to pay someone to do this job for u.

It's quite a simple job, but very frustrating, with not much space.

Steering shaft bolt & spline, 2 fluid hoses, one castle nut onto steering link, and the 4 chassis bolts.

I did mine a couple of weeks ago, the old one managed to fall out through the bottom, but I couldn't get the new one up into place.

Ended up removing alternator and A/C compressor and lowering it into place.
