Hey guys i don't know but i need yor help, i have a Isuzu Pickup that i love, i recently found out that toyota uses the same transmission in their vehicles but when i check mine i realized that there's nothing on the tag except 89C 70410
its a 1989 left hand drive LS Model but i need to know what kind of transmission it uses and the number. i need to repair it but need the info to buy the kit. thanks

i recently overhauled the engine but after all that the gears wont change but i thinks thats from being parked so long. plus i have this issue. it refuses to go in 4th gear until the transmissin is very hot(driving for more than 45 minutes then it chips in but wont work after you shuts off the engine and starts again.

Is the vehicle a 2WD or 4WD ?

As far as i can tell it should be a AW03-72L

check the electrical conections between the engine and trans. My money says a plug wasnt put back correctly
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
