can you dropped a rodeo/wizard second gen? is there a drop kit? or can i buy isuzu wizard type x suspension?

Dropped??
If you mean lowered then the front is just a torsion bar adjustment and rear is just find a suitable set of springs.
There is no lowering kit as such.
If you drop more than 50mm you run into other suspension issues
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

Mate have a look for mini truck spindles as this is what the guys use to drop the front of a Rodeo (or pickup in the US), this will make it 2WD though. Also you could maybe look at the standard 2WD setup and see if that's going to lower it.
