Definatly a tie rod end that will fit a Mu.
BUT
It doesnt say if its a lh or rh thread. If your wagon is like many Ive worked on it may or may not have the tie rod the correct way round in which case the inner and outers may be swapped which means you might actually want this ones partner.
I would be going to Repco BNT or your favourite parts store locally. That saves a lot of headache if it turns out you want the other one
Otherwise its a fairly good price until you add the freight.
When you take yours off count the turns and put the new one on the same number of turns or you mess up the wheel alignment
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
