genuine thro isuzu or makeing em was the only way i found when i had to to mine.
i just made mine from gasket paper and that was 2 years agao and still no leaks.

best way to make em is take the hub of clean the flang surface of greese and dirt/lumps of old gasket. then take some engneering blue or ink and blue or ink up the flange surface and stamp em onto the gasket paper.then take a sharp scalpul and cut round the edge of your stamp and bingo perfect gaskets every time. pluss there cheep

forget the gaskets and seal the things on! No worries of water getting in then.

I did that to mine when I rebuilt them 3 weeks ago.

Yeah, I had tried through the Isuzu dealer down here with no luck and was trying to avoid making them (lazy).
Might just have to use a bit of sealer (3bond or similar).
Would quite liked to have used original gaskets though.

if your going down the sealer route 3bond is the only way to go.

make sure its a non hardening sealer. You still have to take them apart at times
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

I have just been to the local Toyota dealer (almost identical Aisin hubs are fitted to several Toyotas) about these and have some gaskets coming down tomorrow.
Will let you know part number and price if they are correct.

Gaskets from Toyota seem fine. A bit different around the outside but correct where it matters. See photo.
These were for an early 90's Surf.
Remember that these gaskets are only for the outer part of the hub (alloy to alloy, 6mm bolt?) not where the Aisin hub bolts to the rotor assembly (steel to alloy, M10 SHCS) where they just seem to use a sealant (or nothing) from the factory.

Although the Isuzu Asian Seiki hub is physicly smaller and the spline count is differant, they are the same internally as all the other Asian Seiki hubs so most parts are interchangeable. Exept for the cone washers that Isuzu dont use.

Good rebuild site here.
