Mu Auto to Manual conversion

Postby Kerpre » Sun Nov 04, 2018 2:08 pm

Hey guys have just picked up a spare manual parts car and wanting to put the manual box into my Mu.
I am aware I will need the :
Box itself
Transfer case
Clutch and p plate
Clutch fork
Release bearing
Master and slave cylinders
Gear leavers
Interior surround
Is there anything that I have missed I.e do the sensors match up? or the loom that goes to the gear box?
And does anyone know if it fits straight in ?

Any help would be great thanks

peddle box driveshafts (mu and bighorn do not share the same shafts)and most probably an adaper to mount the shorter gearbox onto the autos mounts
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
