Missing Bolts?

Postby Brassmonkey » Tue Apr 21, 2020 7:32 pm

So I was having a look underneath, as there seems to be a bit of oil seepage, and noticed 2 threaded holes where the gearbox joins the motor.

Are there meant to be bolts in these holes? Though there hardy seems room for a bolt head. What's going on here?

This has come up before. Their sole purpose is to confuse home mechanics
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

Well ok, nothing to worry about then. I'll clean it all when I can get some degreaser and see how bad the oil seepage is.
