If you look in the frequently asked questions bit I'm pretty sure all that info is in there.
Oh how i miss my mu, the lux is just not the same :(

High ratio 1-1
low ratio 1-2.05
Difs for a 2.8 mu are probably 4.55 but you have to double check this as some are 4.3
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
