easy answer build another one. This time LS1 instead of the tiny comadoor motor. With radiator in the back you will have room
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

yeah that the plan but wont be going v8 gota super charger for v6 and safari diffs
as hilux diffs are shit (keep blown cvs and diffs)
and atleast with the v6 a days fun is 50 buks not 200 like the guys in levin 4wd club with v8 trucks

Thats one impressive Mu.

Im thinking of going along the same lines with my Bighorn. I have been offered safari diffs (trailing arms, draglinks, etc) I just need to find them time to work on it. I know it would take a while but whats the hardest part of the doing a conversion like this? Would you use the standard steering box or would you need something else?

Cheers

hey ray

will when i done the mu
it was a s$%t load of grinding and beers
started buy striping the chassis gas cut all the
crap off you dont need (independent front end)
i remember after grinding it all up there was like a 20 litre
buck full of grinding crap that was for both diffs and all other bits
i wanted gone
i used a ln130 surf steering box (prob could of gone mu 1)
and had to move it right forward to tip of chassis to get it in
front of diff and i also moved front diff forward a 100 mm

will look for pics when i built it for you but i dont think i have them
pretty sure my x got them on her comp or did
