Child proof locks

Can someone please tell me how to turn off my child proof locks on the back doors.
The little knobs won't move.

Just checked on mine and after hurting my thumb turning mine on I came up with the answer brute force and ignorance. Could be worth opening the door panel and spraying some lubricant in the direction of the lock
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
