Wof and front bumper

Does anyone know if you can/should still get a wof with a front factory bumper and no bumper end caps on a UBS55?

easy to make a cover for the ends though. I might have a couple of ends here though you can have for the cost of postage

I found them. They are still attached to bits of bumper so I will have to dismantle for postage. They both have a few scores and scratches and one has a small repairable split in the bottom. (might not even need repair) I havnt weighed or measured correctly so this might change but it looks like 10 bucks to send them up. Your not rural are you. If interested send me a pm and I will get them prepared and a proper cost of postage. It might be Thursday before I have time to get them ready.

Just get 2 old plastic 2 lt milk bottles. cut to shape and fit over the ends of the bumper. works a treat and fully legal! my mate has that on his puslux. opps I mean hilux.... :D passes WOF everytime. WOF man says as long as the sharp edges are covered it dont matter what is used.

I thought on those you used milk bottles to create a rust repair stronger than original???

Milk bottles would technically work although they would have to be permanently secured (duck tape works well) Im not sure they are big enough (unless you get the 3 litre bottles) and if you ever park in Queen street people are going to look at your truck funny
