Terms and Conditions for Advertising on the

Club Isuzu Web Site


The terms and conditions set out below are the terms on which Club Isuzu offers you the service of placing an advertisement on its web site.
By submitting your advertisement, you accept the terms and conditions set out herein.

Note: Club Isuzu website is wholly owned and operated by a private individual.

Acceptance of terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, without notification. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.

Description of the Advertising service
Club Isuzu provides a service to allow advertisements to be displayed for goods and services for private individuals and companies. Club Isuzu does not does not take responsibility for any item, good or service listed.

All services provided by Club Isuzu are provided "as is". Club Isuzu assumes no responsibility for the timeliness of communications, the mis-delivery of information, the availability of the service.

Club Isuzu provides a contact email address (clubisuzu@paradise.net.nz), through which users of the Web Site can notify us of the misconduct of any participants on the Club Isuzu site.

Your obligations as a submitter of any Advertisement.
Private Individuals may list an ad for free. Companies may list advertisements on the Club Isuzu site, however there will be costs incurred. These can be found at the bottom of this document.
By submitting an Advertisement, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document. Your obligations as an advertiser on this web site are:

1) You will provide complete and accurate information when placing your ad.

2) You will comply with all consumer laws of the country you are resident in at the time of submitting an ad.

3) You will NOT contact users of the Club Isuzu web site for the purpose of commercial solicitation (SPAM). Club Isuzu ( or the site owner ) reserves the right to prosecute persons or companies attempting to contact Club Isuzu site users.

Removal of Advertisements
Club Isuzu reserves the right to remove advertisements at their discretion without entering into further discussions with the person concerned for any breach or perceived breach of these terms and conditions.

System Integrity
Club Isuzu will make the best possible efforts to ensure the highest possible availability of the site and services.

Club Isuzu takes no responsibility for any lack of system availability, or any losses that are incurred as a result of site availability or performance. No responsibility is assumed by Club Isuzu its Officers, members or other dully appointed person for the corruption of any of the data held by Club Isuzu.

Arbitration of disputes
Club Isuzu will not take part in the resolution of disputes that arise as a result of the services provided. Disputes should be resolved between the parties in dispute either directly, or through the use of an appointed arbitrator.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that:

Club Isuzu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that result from the service, or the inability to access the service.
