diff under the spring is a massive job which gives about 150mm lift. Certifiers hate them unless its a factory set up.
Lift by shackle or replacement spring of 50mm is simple enough 9 times out of 10 the brake lines and shocks are ok with this lift in the back
In the front winding the torsion bars is correct but at 50mm you should also do a ball joint flip to restore wheel alignment and down travel. It does put more strain on the cv joints so do find and keep some spares
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

Remember fitting extended shackles makes the vehicle sway more on the road ( well mine does anyway) springs are a better way to lift it and has a nicer ride

the term ball joint flip isnt exactly correct
All it is is unbolt the top ball joint including the taper. Remove. Now the fun part. You will see that it was bolted on in such a way that the taper was through the hole in the A arm. Place the joint under the arm with the taper still pointing down and bolt in place. This does 2 things. First it changes the angle of the A arm allowing more travel Second it effectivly lengthens the A arm. This is nessecsary on the Isuzu as the shim adjustment for camber are behind the bracket and to re align after a left you have to remove shims. At about 50mm you run out and may find it impossible to set camber without this mod.

You dont need to worry about these as you get them adjusted on a wheel alignment machine at your local tyre shop. If you look at the top A arm you will see its bolted through some bushes to a bracket behind the chassis. The shims are between the bracket and the chassis

if anyone ever takes the front A arm assembly off be very careful to put all the shims back exactly where they came from Some are long shims across both bolts and some are just across one bolt. The short ones are for caster

No you don't flip the whole top "A"arm. As Geeves detailed earlier, you are just completely removing the ball joint (from both the arm and the spindle casting/forging) and bolting it to the otherside (underside) of the arm and returning it to the taper in the spindle.
