Hi mate, hope you got your intercooler fitted ok. I have a TF 1995 model, 4JB1T. I fitted a 550 x 250 x 65 mm frount mount intercooler on mine, fabricated the hot side pipe from turbo from 1 3/4 inch mild steel and had to clock the turbo around so the outlet faced downwards. The cool side pipe was 2.25 inch with mandrel bends. Chopped holes in the front either side of the air con condenser to get them through, it fits beautifully. Have cut hole out of the roobar and fitted sheetmetal shroud to ensure maximum flow through it. Also I moved the battery from the turbo side over to the other side, so now the turbo gets its air from a cold air duct straight to it, instead of going over the motor like before and getting heated up. I fould the performance increase substantial, very substantial. I have changed the tension on the star wheel in the pump so that fuel goes in a little earlier, and the max fuel screw is one and a half turns in for more max throttle fuel.
