Mu won’t start

Postby Arpfluffy » Mon Jun 18, 2018 5:08 pm

Hello
I have an Isuzu mu that’s giving me a headache

It is used as my calf truck and generally used on Farm
It started having starting issues where you would turn key and wouldn’t start and turn again and it would crank and start .
Now after being parked for summer I can’t get it working . New battery turn key you hear relays click but no go ?? If I jump wire across starter it will crank into life and start any ideas ? It’s dereged and been an off road Farm truck for awhile I just need it to run . Maybe running a new wire to starter and through a push button to start it from now on

If its a farm hack then a home made starter circuit could be the cheap easy answer. Is it manual or auto?
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
