oil pressure

so no oil pressure at gauge on dash so went and bought new oil gauge hocked it up and key off gauge went straight to high and when i started it gauge went to zero help please i was thinking maybe oil blockage at sender unit but any help its a 97 mu wizard

Was this a different electrical gauge attached to its own sender or the factory sender. After market gauges must use the sender that comes with them. If the engine isnt knocking I will assume a gauge or sender fault but still advise not to drive till its fixed. If you have no oil pressure you will be able to drive maybe 200 meters before the engine siezees
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

found problem oil sender gauge wire broken but where its broken is somewhere in loom
