Get help fixing your Isuzu from other club members

lumpy

4JG2 engine runs lumpy on fist start up in morning any advice how to fix would be appreciated

They will when cold You could try running the glow plugs twice but it might not help. Is Auckland cold now?
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them

cold well its getting there have preheated three times before starting no different do these Isuzu's have like auto choke or what first time I have owned one always had hilux

Could need some injector work but if it runs right I wouldnt bother. Another thought is summer and winter diesel. Thats causing me similar issues as I last filled up early May and it was still summer here then. -3C this morning

Its just normal cold starting for a 4jg2td on a cold morning after 30 seconds mine runs fine just on starting a bit of smoke and a rattle then its ok.

yeah after a few minutes its ok its just when i had my surf didn't have things happening like the isuzu just have to get used to it i gess
