4JK1 Injectors 4th set in 95,000 miles 153,000kl

Hello out their
New to the site, just seeing if anyone else has had a similar problem. I have a 2014 D Max 2.5 4JK1 engine. The regeneration has gone up the shoot for the 4th time since I've had it. Its a works breakdown vehicle. Doesn't do short journeys, oil level has never gone up, serviced regularly. Everytime it has got down to regenerating at around 50klm. I have taken it to an Isuzu dealer they say it is the injector fuel compensation out of balance (injectors knackered) they have changed them under warranty,
AU$ 5,658.00 £3000. And it worked for a while. As its  been under warranty not so bad. Doing it again now, (out of warranty ofcourse) have taken it to 3 different independant garages, one was an independant Isuzu garage and a DPF specialist and all said they could not find anything wrong with the Regen System. So thought it was more than likely a software problem. Bit the Bullitt and took it to my local Isuzu dealer who put it through there diagnostic and said two of the injectors need replacing. They have given me all the printouts and this looks like this is the case. This can't be right can it, that an engine with 95,000 miles will need its 4th set of injectors. I'm a mechanic used to work on user friendly engines ( I'm 60)  now work on cherry pickers and scissor lifts.
Any info welcome.
Regards Richard

Im guessing regeneration is something to do with the particulate filter. These cause so many problems. If its a lot of round town work or a lot of idling they can play up
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
