NKR 77 Turbo Electric Injection Pump Problem

Postby markus67 » Wed May 25, 2022 4:44 am

Good evening Fellow Forumers

I have an Isuzu Grafter NKR 77 Engine Code 4JH1 and its turning over but there is no fuel getting to the Injectors, I removed the plug from the Injection pump and with the Ignition turned on there is no power getting to the Plug. I have checked all fuses and Relays and all seems ok, so I was wondering whether someone out there can help, I really dont mind if anyone tells me to try something that I have already tried and if you do, point me in the right location and description of where and what you are referring to, e.g. something like a relay or a fuse, where this fuse or relay is located, colour size etc.

Incidentally, would a fault Fuel Pressure Sensor shut off the Injection Pump? Other than Fuses and or Relays, but why would the Injection Pump stop working i.e. No power to the Plug. Getting really desperate now and getting to the point where I am clutching at straws, hence the reason why i am asking The Forumers

I really am looking forward to your assistance, best regards Mark
