For up to a 2” body lift the fan shroud needs to be cut and the gear sticks should be bent so the boot stays in place or a spacer put under the gearbox mount
For above a 2” body lift steering shaft, gear sticks needs to be lengthened, break & clutch lines may need to be replaced or moved, radiator & shroud need to be lowered

I hope Pig does not mind me posting this Brief procedure written by Dasnoboarder

• Take Front bumper off before starting
• Seatbelt retention bars removed and lengthened (may not need to do)
• Release firewall clipped lines (may not need to do)
• Loosen fuel filler hose clamp (may not need to do)
• Loosen steering shaft from firewall to steering box & steering wheel
• Loosen all body mount bolts, remove only one side
• Jack up the side of body with bolts removed & insert blocks on top of rubber mounts
• Insert new bolts loosely to this side
• Remove bolts of other side
• Jack up second side & insert blocks on top of rubber mounts
• Insert new bolts loosely
• Clutch master cylinder has had to be moved in the past (may not need to do)
• Check fuel filler & tighten clamp
• Check breather hoses
• Check handbrake cable from firewall not stretched too tight
• Check clutch hose not stretched too tight
• Check brake lines aren’t stretched too tight
• Gear levers will foul, rubber boot creates issues, need to bend/cut & weld
• Tighten bolts
• Radiator ideally needs to be dropped to match body lift, or electric fans installed.
• Go through in reverse and reattach everything & tighten things up
