For Sale 95 Isuzu MU 3.1 TD Needs Rebuild

Hey Guys,

I have for sale a 95 MU Auto 3.1.
Body is very straight and interior Is in good condition for the age. some rust around windscreen but rust free otherwise.
Motor running however I think it needs a rebuild as it feels like it is running on 3 cylinders under load. Idles ok.
was running before turbo was removed to replace dump pipe bolts.
Has not been off road since I have owned it and sills, fuel tank and other damage prone areas are nice and straight.

would be a good vehicle for a heart transplant or for a parts vehicle.

Here is a list of the good or recently replaced parts.
- Turbo replaced 20k ago
- 4 x 285 75 16 tyres with heaps of tread left mounted on aftermarket alloy rims. not sure of the offset but sits inside guards. spare is 265 70 16 on standard alloy rim
- mitzi style towbar 1250kg rated
- Brand new heavy duty battery 650 CCA by memory
- Alternator replaced
- Alloy nudge bar with spotties
- New clear lense headlights
- Replaced indicators front and side to clear type
- Altezza rear tail lights
- Both diffs quiet
- Aisin manual locking hubs
- Front rotors replaced with DBA slotted and dimpled rotors
- Gearbox quiet.


Would love to see the old girl back on the road so would prefer to sell as a whole. Don't have the time or equipment to fit another motor at the moment but there is a 3.1 motor for sale in NSW for $2,200.
Looking for $1,500 If it doesn't sell I will end up parting it. but looking to sell as a whole.

Nice car. That scoop is unusual. Is there an intercooler underneath? If so its worth adding to the advertisement as its not a factory fitting
