Since my last installment I have done a few things.
First up I had the exhaust system done. Went with a 2.5" from the turbo, along the right side, crossover just behind the transfer case but in front of tbar xmember, then into my old rear section which is 3" with a muffler. I still have the muffler delete pipe option from before too, so when we get to doing dyno runs later on, I'll test it to see which works better. I'm tipping the muffler delete pipe. That said, she's fair quiet with the muffler system on, which is kinda cool.
Next up, I had to take it in for alignment, having rebuilt the front end, the steering was all over the place, as was camber. All fixed now, and drives very well on the road.
Drove it for a few days to shake down any hidden issues. Found that the stock intercooler had a hole in it, so, rather than repair it, decided to put the big cooler i wanted on anyway.

Along with all the goodies came some fault finding missions. Forst we gassed up the a/c only to find the condenser pipe out front had a pinhole leak, the thermostat wiring was hooked up incorrectly, and the heater flap was stuck open. All no big deal, just more time sorting issues that couldn't really be tested before use. Currently working through these, and should have it all sorted out htis afternoon.
Also have made final connections to the dual battery sytem, re done the battery terminals, and installed and re terminated the new winch.
More stuff to come soon...
