They wont come out if there is any load on the shackle.
First jack up normaly and remove the wheel. Place a jackstand under the chassis and lower so the disc is just off the ground.
Then jack the axle up slowly till there is no weight on the spring ie the spring is not holding any vehicle weight or diff weight. Then the shackle should slide straight out and then lower the jack so the spring is the right hight for the new shackle and fit.
Easy
It should be easy but if you have old springs they may have a slight twist. This will cause the bush to pop out when you fit it. I got round this on mine by cutting a small chamfer on the inside edge of the bush.
Think safe If you think one jackstand is enough use 2 Having the rear of a Mu sitting on your chest makes breathing difficult.
Sanding your knuckles before starting work can help. That way you cant skin them
